Services.

THE SERVICES AGREED UPON AT THE SIGNING OF YOUR CONTRACT ARE PERMANENTLY SECURED AND CANNOT BE REMOVED.  HOWEVER, IF NECESSARY, A SERVICE CAN BE REASSIGNED TO ANOTHER PERSON, OR THE TYPE OF SERVICE CAN CHANGE OPPOSITE OF WHAT IS ORIGINALLY SCHEDULED.  SHOULD YOU’D LIKE TO ADD SERVICES AFTER SIGNING OF CONTRACT, PLEASE CONTACT TIFFANY IMMEDIATELY.  THIS IS TO ENSURE THERE IS ENOUGH TIME ALLOTTED AND IF ADDITIONAL ARTISTS ARE NEEDED TO STREAMLINE THE SCHEDULE.

Rescheduling.

SHOULD THERE BE A REQUEST TO RESCHEDULE, THE CLIENT MUST NOTIFY TIFFANY AS SOON AS POSSIBLE. 

WHEN RESCHEDULING TO A NEW DATE, AND IF IT IS AVAILABLE, THE CLIENT AGREES TO CREATE A NEW CONTRACT AND POST A NEW RETAINER PAYMENT TO SECURE THE NEW DATE. 

IT IS VERY IMPERATIVE TO COMMUNICATE RIGHT AWAY IF YOU FORESEE ANY CHANGES WITH YOUR PLANS.  IN THE EVENT OF A FORCE MAJEURE (PANDEMIC, STATE OF EMERGENCY) THAT IS BEYOND THE CONTROL OF EITHER PARTY, THE RESCHEDULING POLICY WILL BE VOIDED IF NECESSARY.

Liability.

BEFORE ANY APPLICATION BEGINS, A CONSULTATION IS CONDUCTED TO DISCUSS AND REVIEW ANY SKIN ALLERGIES OR SENSITIVITIES.  TIFFANY PURDY AND HER TEAM WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY TYPE OF ALLERGY REACTION, BREAKOUT, OR DISCOMFORT FROM THE MAKEUP OR HAIR SERVICES, AS THIS IS ALL DISCUSSED AND REVIEWED IN ADVANCE AND TESTED PRIOR.  A QUESTIONNAIRE WILL BE SENT PRIOR TO YOUR DATE TO OBTAIN ALL THE NECESSARY INFORMATION, SO ARTISTS ARE PREPARED ON THE EVENT DATE. ALL BEAUTY PRODUCTS USED DURING THE APPLICATION ARE PURCHASED AT RETAIL.

Payments.

AT THE TIME OF SIGNING YOUR CONTRACT, A FINANCIAL SUMMARY BREAKDOWN WILL BE INCLUDED ALONG WITH DUE DATES OF WHEN PAYMENTS ARE TO BE MADE. 

Cancellations.

SHOULD THERE BE A REQUEST TO CANCEL, THE CLIENT MUST NOTIFY TIFFANY AS SOON AS POSSIBLE.  ANY CANCELLATIONS MADE 45 DAYS OR LESS PRIOR TO THE RESERVED DATE, CLIENT WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR 100% OF THE REMAINING BALANCE DUE. BECAUSE THE REQUESTED DATE ACTS AS A COMMITTED PROMISE OF WORK SCHEDULED AND HAS BEEN RESERVED ON THE CALENDAR. MAKING THE DATE UNAVAILABLE FOR FUTURE CLIENTS.

TIFFANY HAS NO OBLIGATION TO ATTEMPT TO REBOOK FURTHER SERVICES CREATED BY CLIENT’S CANCELLATION. THE RETAINER FEE AND ALL MONIES PAID ARE NON-REFUNDABLE AND NON-TRANSFERRABLE.

SHOULD TIFFANY HAVE ANY UNFORESEEN EMERGENCY, BECOMES ILL OR IS UNABLE TO PHYSICALLY PERFORM SERVICES ON THE RESERVED DATE, TIFFANY WILL REFUND ALL MONIES PAID BACK TO THE CLIENT.  TIFFANY WILL ALSO PROVIDE A REPLACEMENT ARTIST AS WELL, SO NO SERVICES GO UNPERFORMED.

IN THE EVENT OF A FORCE MAJEURE (PANDEMIC, STATE OF EMERGENCY) THAT IS BEYOND THE CONTROL OF EITHER PARTY, THE CANCELLATION POLICY WILL BE VOIDED IF NECESSARY.
